Consultation

Before receiving any cosmetic treatment at Skin Vault Clinic, you will undergo a consultation with one of our Cosmetic Nurse. During this consultation, the nurse will assess your needs and determine the suitability of the treatment for you. It is important to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.

Risks and Side Effects

All medical treatments carry a degree of risks and potential side effects. At Skin Vault Clinic, we prioritise your safety and well-being. Skin Vault Clinic will inform you of the potential risks and side effects associated with each treatment. It is important to carefully consider this information before proceeding with any procedure.

We may refuse right to treatment if deemed inappropriate or unsafe

Treatment Process

Once the medical consultation is complete, and it is decided that you are a suitable candidate for the treatment, a treatment authority will be gained from the doctor through a Tele-health consultation. We will then proceed with the agreed-upon procedure. Our Nurse will use their professional judgment and expertise to provide you with the best possible outcome. However, please note that individual results may vary. All patients must be over 18 years old.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with a treatment outcome, you must attend Aesthetic Avenue Cosmetic Clinic for a in person follow up appointment, otherwise we may reserve the right not to remedy.

Payment and Refunds

Payment for the services provided by Skin Vault Clinic is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, as outlined on our website or discussed during the consultation. Due to the nature of cosmetic injectables treatments, refunds are not applicable.

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $100 cancellation fee. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information collected during the consultation and treatment process will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing you with care.
